What this site currently processes

This website is a catalogue and portfolio site. It does not require an account, and it does not run advertising or tracking analytics.

• Server logs: the hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, request time, requested page, referrer and browser identification in order to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.
• Enquiries: when you use the contact or booking form, your email client sends your name, email address and message directly to cyonflex@gmail.com. This data is used only to answer your enquiry and is kept as long as needed for that correspondence and any legal retention duties. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
• Embedded media: pages that embed or link to YouTube, Spotify, Bandcamp and other streaming platforms send data to those providers when the content is loaded or the link is followed. Those providers act as their own controllers.
• Web fonts: font files are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Recipients and transfers

Data is shared only with the hosting provider, the email provider used to receive enquiries and, where relevant, the streaming and font providers named above. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA on the basis of the safeguards they publish.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Contact cyonflex@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien).
