What this site currently processes

This website is a portfolio and online shop. Visitors can browse and use guest checkout without creating an account. The site does not run advertising or tracking analytics.

• Server logs: the hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, request time, requested page, referrer and browser identification in order to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.
• Enquiries: when you submit the contact or booking form, the site collects your name, email address, subject and message. Elementor stores the submission in WordPress and sends it to cyonflex@gmail.com by email. The form notification also includes technical details such as the submission time, page URL, browser identification and IP address. This information is used to answer your enquiry and kept as needed for correspondence and any legal retention duties. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
• Embedded media: pages that embed or link to YouTube, Spotify, Bandcamp and other streaming platforms send data to those providers when the content is loaded or the link is followed. Those providers act as their own controllers.
• Web fonts: font files are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Recipients and transfers

The hosting and email providers process data to operate the site and deliver enquiries. Order and delivery details may be shared with delivery services used to fulfil purchases. Embedded media and font providers receive data when their resources load. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under applicable safeguards.

Shop, payment and shipping services

The WooCommerce checkout collects contact, billing and delivery details and order contents to process purchases. Guest checkout is enabled. Bank transfer is the payment method currently shown at checkout; the transfer is made outside the website. Order details are stored in WordPress to fulfil orders, provide customer support and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
