Right of withdrawal

Consumers may exercise any statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally begins when the customer, or a person designated by the customer, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement to Tara Allen / CYON FLEX at cyonflex@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires. The customer may use the model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

Return costs and condition

The customer bears the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. Goods should be securely packaged and returned without undue delay and, in general, no later than 14 days after the customer communicates the withdrawal.

The customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Where withdrawal rights apply, eligible payments will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable law. Additional delivery costs caused by the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard method offered do not have to be reimbursed to the extent permitted by law.

After the applicable statutory withdrawal period, CYON FLEX does not offer discretionary returns or refunds unless a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and to other products or services excluded by applicable law. An exception is only used where it genuinely applies and has been disclosed before purchase.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Customers should contact cyonflex@gmail.com with their order number and clear photographs. Statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited by this policy.
