This website is operated by Tara Allen (CYON FLEX), Tara Allen / CYON FLEX, Engerthstraße 161/509, 1020 Wien, Austria. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and contract

Product listings are an invitation to purchase. A contract is formed when the order is confirmed. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and state whether taxes and shipping are included or added. Customers can review and correct their order details before submitting, and the final order button clearly communicates an obligation to pay.

Availability and pricing

Original artworks and limited editions are one-off or limited items and may sell out. Where an item is unavailable after ordering, the order is cancelled and the payment refunded.

Delivery, withdrawal and returns

Shipping is described in the Shipping Information page. Consumer withdrawal, return and refund rights are described in the Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal page and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, music, illustrations, text, the CYON FLEX name and the CYON FLEX logo are the property of Tara Allen and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission. Purchase of a print, publication or recording does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. Austrian law applies, and mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
